Ananya Ravi

​​Ananya graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2022 with a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science and began her career in people consulting at a management consultancy, focusing on recruitment. She quickly developed a strong interest in talent acquisition and now supports The Barton Partnership's central delivery function, utilizing her consulting experience to deliver high-quality client solutions.

In her free time, Ananya enjoys traveling, attending music festivals, and discovering new cuisines.
