Eloise Freeguard

Eloise joined The Barton Partnership in 2024 to support Senior Consultants in the Private Equity practice with permanent searches across Strategy, Transformation and M&A. She joined the business with two and a half years of recruitment experience, having previously specialised in placing M&A talent into Private Equity-backed software businesses.

Outside of work, Eloise enjoys staying active and frequently attends spin classes. Her interests include visiting new and exotic restaurants around London, going to musical theatre productions, and travelling the world.
