Simin Gorgulu

​Simin has 10 years of experience in a search spanning retail, industrial and technology sectors. Before joining TBP, she had spent 4 years in a search firm specialising in go-to-market tasked with placing commercial hires at the C-suite for small to mid-cap PE and VC fund portfolio companies in enterprise and SMB, mainly in EMEA. She has joined TBP to increase efforts in helping elevate knowledge across the business for search work and lead the permanent search team. She advocates building lasting relationships and creating value for clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Simin enjoys travelling to new countries, exploring fine dining restaurants in the cities visited and pilates.
