​​​Rosie joined The Barton Partnership into the Central Delivery Function in 2025 after 9 years working in Transformation recruitment, partnering with clients on strategic interim hires across Finance, Tech, HR and Business Transformation, with roles ranging from Transformation Director to Head of Change, PMO and Programme Leadership. 

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants; she also loves to travel and will always be trying to plan her next getaway.
