John Zafar

​John is a chartered management accountant and joined The Barton Partnership as Non Executive Director in 2010. He also serves as non executive director to two other recruitment businesses and a health-tech company. John brings over thirty years of experience in the recruitment sector, across a wide variety of markets and works alongside private equity investors such as the Business Growth Fund, where John is an advisor on recruitment sector investments.
