We typically support our clients on mandates to hire Heads of Strategy, Heads of Internal Consulting, Heads of Transformation, COOs, Chiefs of Staff and Operational / Commercial Senior level roles in operating units of organisations.

Our independent consulting business gives our clients flexibility when a permanent hire is not required. Since 2014 we have supported the full range of Financial Services businesses in London, Madrid, Paris, Frankfurt, Geneva and Stockholm. These projects aim to achieve a clear set of deliverables agreed between us and the client and generally range from a week to six months in duration.
