Hartaz Kaur

Hartaz joined The Barton Partnership in 2020 to establish and lead the Commerce & Industry practice for APAC. Based in Singapore, she has built a robust network of clients and candidates across the region and successfully delivered on numerous high-profile global searches.

With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, Hartaz has partnered with various organisations, including FTSE 100 companies, SMEs, and hyper-growth startups. Her expertise spans functional areas such as Strategy, M&A, Corporate Development, Post-Merger Integration, Turnaround, Organizational Design, Transformation, People Advisory, Customer Experience, Project and Program Management, Partnerships, Data and Analytics, and Sustainability.

Before joining The Barton Partnership, Hartaz founded her own activewear business, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. Earlier in her career, she worked as a flight attendant for a leading airline, where she developed invaluable customer service and interpersonal skills.

Outside of work, Hartaz enjoys reading, yoga, dancing, and contributing to her community through volunteer initiatives.
