Charlie Waites

Charlie joined The Barton Partnership in 2021 after graduating from Bath Spa University with a 2.1 in Business Management & Marketing.

As a consultant, Charlie supports private equity funds and their portfolio businesses in finding interim value-creation support across EMEA. Mainly supporting Strategy, Transformation and M&A hires, collaborating with operating teams, investment professionals and management teams.

Outside of work, he supports Newcastle United and enjoys going for walks, going to the gym and discovering new restaurants.
