Michael Fritz

​Mike joined The Barton Partnership in 2023 as a Consultant within the US Private Equity practice. His focus is working with PE-backed portfolio companies, specifically building out management teams for companies in the technology and enterprise software space.

Previously, Mike spent several years building out Director, VP, and CXO management teams for Venture Capital and Private Equity backed companies, where he was deeply embedded in their enterprise software, frontier tech, and robotics practice. Mike's work ranged from ground-ups, high-growth pre-IPO businesses, and multi-billion-dollar companies.

Mike is a graduate of Sacred Heart University with a B.A. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. When he is not recruiting, Mike can be found on the golf course or playing lead guitar and vocals in his band Major Trends across the tri-state area!
