Callum Small

Callum joined The Barton Partnership in 2016 as a senior consultant on the independent consulting desk, having spent 9 years with another business since graduating from the University of St. Andrews. Now, as a Director, he leads a team covering The UK, US and Europe across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy and Retail. The team work with an extensive network of ex-Management Consultants covering projects involving Strategy, Transformation, M&A and Data Analytics.

Outside of work Callum is a keen golfer, a prerequisite for studying in St. Andrews, as well as an avid sports fan – although supporting Arsenal and being Scottish makes for minimal opportunity to celebrate most years.
