​Charlotte joined The Barton Partnership after 9 years of executive search experience, specialising in global senior mandates for leading Management Consulting firms in the Strategy and M&A fields.

At The Barton Partnership, Charlotte focusses on the Professional Services market in the United States, in particular around Due Diligence and Corporate Strategy. 

Growing up in La Rochelle made Charlotte a keen beach goer. She is an unapologetic foodie and loves travelling and socialising with her family and friends.
