Giulia leads value creation and revenue focused mandates within the Private Equity practice at The Barton Partnership. With over eight years of international executive search expertise spanning Latin America and Europe, she specialises in identifying and aligning C-suite leadership for the PE and VC ecosystems.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA from Hult International Business School. Outside of the work, she enjoys traveling, writing, live music, yoga, and exploring London's culinary scene
