Hannah Fournaris

Hannah grew up in Cyprus before moving to England, where she graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first-class degree in International Business Management. Since then, she has built a successful career in recruitment.

Before joining The Barton Partnership in 2024, Hannah specialised in finance recruitment, focusing on CFOs for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. At TBP, she is now part of the Private Equity team in London, collaborating with operating teams, investment professionals, and portfolio companies to source and place candidates for Interim Value Creation Execution and Delivery roles.

Outside work, Hannah enjoys traveling, dining out at new restaurants/cooking, and spending time with friends at the pub.
