Emily Farrow

​After graduating from University, Emily moved to Berlin where she spent a few years working in the tech start up scene. After moving back to the UK, she spent the first seven years working for a market leading Finance and Technology recruitment agency in London before joining The Barton Partnership in 2023. Emily specialises in supporting Private Equity funds and their portfolio businesses in the execution and delivery of value creation through independent consulting and interim specialist hires.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to gigs and music festivals, travelling to far away countries, or, if the weather is half decent, just bikepacking to her favourite campsites in the South of England.
