Abby Spare

Abby joined The Barton Partnership in 2022 as a part of the US Private Equity team, where she places strategic and transformational hires at both the fund and portfolio company levels. During her time with the firm, she has developed a distinct focus on the Portfolio Operations space, working with global clients ranging from growth equity to large cap, supporting newly formed and established funds. Her prior experience includes recruiting senior legal, regulatory, and risk talent for corporates and financial institutions.

She graduated from Princeton University in 2020 with an English Literature and European Cultural Studies degree. Abby enjoys seeing Broadway shows, trying out new restaurants in the city, and reading in her spare time.
