Kathy Walker

​​Kathy is the Interim Marketing Director for The Barton Partnership, based in our London office.

With over 20 years in the recruitment industry, Kathy has spent 16 years specialising in marketing for global recruitment businesses. Her role has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth and enhance brand reputation.

Kathy began her career at one of the UK's trade bodies for the recruitment industry; she then joined one of the UK's leading independent specialist recruitment agencies and software consultancies, where she was responsible for all marketing and communications activity across eight specialist brands. 

In 2015, Kathy joined a global recruitment consultancy, specialising in Financial Services, Commerce & Industry and the Public Sector to oversee the marketing strategy for the UK and International offices before joining a global consultancy providing talent solutions to the global Life Sciences sector. Here, Kathy was the Global Marketing Director.

In 2023, Kathy joined a Private Equity firm to support their International Portfolio Partners in launching their businesses and developing marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth.
