Oliver Phoenix

Olly is Group Managing Director for the business and has spent 15 years in the industry. He built the strategy and consulting business at Marks Sattin before joining The Barton Partnership as Director of Permanent Search in 2014. Olly currently leads the Senior Management Team globally and is a Board Member.

During Olly’s tenure the business has diversified its proposition to cover Transformation & Change and Data & Analytics in addition to Strategy & M&A. We have expanded geographically with new offices in New York, Paris and Singapore and have developed an interim/contract business as well as a Consulting Solutions proposition.

Olly has spent 15 years working with strategy and management consultancies executing senior searches across EMEA covering all functions and sector verticals and still maintains strong links with our key clients in this sector globally. 

Outside work Olly spends the majority of his time with his twin girls and new baby boy born 2 days before lockdown in March! When he isn’t being a Dad, he will be found playing golf, watching the cricket, Norwich City or the NFL!
