Oliver Phoenix

Olly is Chief Executive Officer and has spent nearly twenty years working with strategy and management consultancies on Partner and practice builds globally.

Olly joined The Barton Partnership in 2014 and has led the business operationally during that time, first as Director of Permanent Search and then as Group Managing Director. He has substantially diversified the proposition, building out new service lines and capabilities as well as expanding into new geographies across Europe, the US and APAC.

Outside work Olly spends most of his time with his young family in the Cotswolds occasionally finding time for a round of golf, a game of cricket or doing something that involves Norwich City, the NFL or a local country pub!
