Olivier leads Transformation, Change, and Innovation searches for The Barton Partnership in the North American Professional Services practice. He has executed searches for Performance Improvement, Operational Excellence, M&A, Digital Transformation, and Data & Analytics offerings, in addition to broader Strategy, Transformation, Technology, and Economics & Disputes practices.

Prior to joining The Barton Partnership, Olivier worked for a boutique executive search firm based in New York, where he focused on partner and executive level hires for consulting firms and multinational corporations across industries.
