Anthony Rispoli

Anthony is the Head of Consumer – Corporate & Private Equity, North America, for The Barton Partnership.

He previously spent eight years managing a Global Executive Search Desk for some of the world's largest Corporate and PE-backed Consumer Goods companies. His expertise covers a wide range of functions, from Strategy, to Operations, Commercial, and Logistics. With extensive experience placing roles from Director to SVP level, Anthony has a strong track record of building teams and managing mandates across the C-suite.

Outside of work, Anthony is an avid sports fan and likes to unwind by playing golf and spending time with his daughters. He is also a medalist in the NJ state BBQ competition (Chicken Category) and a two-time marathon finisher!
