My client is a leading financial institution based in Singapore who is seeking for a Vice President of Transformation to lead and drive its strategic initiatives towards digital innovation and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As VP of Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading organizational change, leveraging technology, and optimizing processes to ensure our continued success in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovative digital solutions, optimizing operational workflows, and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency through technological advancements.
  • Drive cultural change by fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agility within the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across various departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 6 of experience in transformational initiatives within the financial sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
