Role Summary:
As the Transformation Director for the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and creating value across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Regional CEO, you will be instrumental in reshaping the company’s operating model, designing the go-to-market strategy and seeing through to execution.
Whilst requiring traditional program management— this role will frame, organise, influence, and motivate stakeholders at all levels to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Frame and organise transformation initiatives to drive the company towards strategic goals
  • Execution Leadership: Lead and influence value creation efforts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and private equity expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving buy-in and commitment to transformation strategies.
  • Hands-On Execution: Roll up your sleeves and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Apply management consulting methodologies alongside operational experience to ensure transformative initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Change Management: Convince, motivate, and inspire teams to embrace change while navigating a high-pressure environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience, ideally combining top-tier management consulting with hands-on operating experience in industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clear direction in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or payments and familiarity with private equity environments is a plus.
