Strategy & Transformation Leaders (2)
A middle-market PE fund is looking to make Strategy & Transformation Leader hires for two of their portfolio companies, with a remit to drive commercial excellence and operational improvements, in a hands-on and direct way, reporting directly to the CEO and the PE Fund Operating Partner.
Looking for general athletes who can drive transformational programs. The key is having both a strategic viewpoint AND can be hands-on. Someone who has led multiple workstreams and has worked across businesses with more complex PMOs.
Company 1 (Publishing)
  • Currently a media tech business expanding its offerings into omnichannel across multiple end of life product & service offerings, with full e-commerce digital environment
  • Generalist background, plus commercial and digital spike
  • Can be industry agnostic, but ideally has experience in consumer, adtech/martech, and/or e-commerce
  • Stylistically, huge plus if you are an entrepreneurial change agent and understand purpose-driven culture, as this company has a vision to disrupt the industry
  • Combo of Consulting + In-House experience ideal, within PE environment / PE client experience strongly preferred (early military experience may be in lieu of in-house experience)
  • Can live anywhere in the US with heavy travel to Chicago
  • Must have US Citizenship or be a Green Card Holder
Company 2 (Education)
  • One of the fastest growing private preschool education management companies – more of a service model program
  • Generalist background, preferably 2/3 commercial spike and 1/3 operations
  • Can be industry agnostic, but ideally touched education sector in some way, preferably growth through enrollment. Other levers are mostly top line. Not an education expert but may have had a project in this space
  • Combo of Consulting + In-House experience ideal, within PE environment / PE client experience strongly preferred (early military experience may be in lieu of in-house experience)
  • Can live anywhere in the US with heavy travel to Miami / other parts of US
  • Must have US Citizenship or be a Green Card Holder
