My client is a financial institution in the Philippines looking continue to grow and expand their operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tagalog speaking Strategy Senior Manager / Director to join their team based in the Philippines and drive their strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with senior management to define and implement business strategies and action plans.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and performance reports to senior leadership.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to drive innovation and operational excellence within the organization.
Manage strategic planning processes, including annual and long-term planning cycles.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in strategy consulting within a top-tier strategy consulting firm, ideally have worked with the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of leading and managing strategic projects and initiatives.
Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly within the Philippines' market.
Must be able to speak Tagalog due to country coverage
