My client is a financial institution in the Philippines looking continue to grow and expand their operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tagalog speaking Strategy Senior Manager / Director to join their team based in the Philippines and drive their strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and implement business strategies and action plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to drive innovation and operational excellence within the organization.
  • Manage strategic planning processes, including annual and long-term planning cycles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in strategy consulting within a top-tier strategy consulting firm, ideally have worked with the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly within the Philippines' market.
  • Must be able to speak Tagalog due to country coverage
  • Open to repatriates
