Role Overview
This is a newly established position within the services sector, reflecting a shift from region-specific teams to globally integrated service lines. The Head of Commercial Operations will play a pivotal role in defining and leading the strategic and operational transformation of a core service line globally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment across the company global network.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for FY2025 and beyond.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyse KPIs, implementing systems to track accountability, compliance, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Drive transformation and standardisation of processes, implement automation, and cultivate a unified “one global team” culture.
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive frameworks and streamlined operations.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration between product, practice, and market teams.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader who embodies operational excellence, a proven track record in large scale transformation and a deep understanding of financial operations.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Experience: 20+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally as a COO or operations leader with expertise in finance. Experience with large scale, multi-geographical transformation is essential.
  • Education: Chartered Accountant or CFA required. MBA preferred, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) being highly advantageous.
  • Global Expertise: Extensive experience working in international markets, particularly in fast-paced, transformative environments.
  • Industry Alignment: Experience in the services industry is highly valued.
  • Leadership Style: Proven ability to inspire and drive change, coupled with expertise in strategic vision, financial operations, and talent development.
