Our client is a global consulting firm that advises leading organizations on Corporate Finance, Disputes, and Performance Improvement matters. They seek candidates who have a deep expertise in the finance and accounting functions of Private Equity-owned organizations. Successful candidates will be entrepreneurial with a desire for upward mobility and visibility within an organization.

ROLE:

This opportunity is within our client’s Finance Excellence consulting practice. They are looking for entrepreneurial leaders with a deep understanding finance and accounting functions of PE-backed organizations.

· The candidate will be responsible for helping to grow the CFO services offering.

· Must be experienced with the finance and accounting functions of PE-backed organizations. Deep expertise in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and integration of finance functions in transactions is preferred.

· Experience working with healthcare services or consumer and industrials portfolio companies is highly preferred.

· Ideal candidate will have a mix of experience in consulting and either:

· A finance value creation role in PE fund

· A portfolio company in a finance role

REQUIREMENTS:

· 8+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, especially order to cash, procure to pay, and finance function integration

· Bachelor’s degree from a top university

· Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
