We havebeen exclusively retainedby a tier 1 global private equity fund to hire a Chief of Staff to the CEO (Director of Value Creation) for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. The company is on an ambitious trajectory to triple revenue through both organic growth and M&A.
Role Overview
This high-impact position works directly with the CEO, PE investors, and executive leadership team to shape and drive strategic initiatives across:
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Commercial Growth
M&A Execution & Post-Merger Integration
Product & Technology Strategy
Operational Efficiency & Scalability
Key Requirements
8–12 years of experience in high-growth software businesses (roles in Strategy, PMO, Operations, or Commercial functions could all be relevant)
Strong operating experience in software, with a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape
Prior experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
Proven ability to break down complex challenges, generate actionable insights, and lead large-scale transformations
Excellent ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels
