​This highly reputable private equity fund is seeking the talents of an experienced CEO to join one of their portfolio companies based in Hong Kong. The CEO will play a pivotal role in driving value creation initiatives and writing the equity story through providing visionary leadership, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering superior financial performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Structure: Report to the Board of Directors and private equity investors leading a sizeable and global organization
  • Strategic Leadership -Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive sustainable growth and profitability, identify new market opportunities, product / service expansions, and strategic partnerships to enhance the company's competitive position and market share
  • Financial Performance:
    Optimize revenue streams, cost structures, and capital allocation to maximize profitability and shareholder value. Drive financial discipline and accountability, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Operational Excellence:
    Lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all business units. Implement best practices and champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Team Leadership and Talent Development:
    Build and develop a high-performing leadership team capable of executing the company's strategic objectives and driving results. Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its private equity sponsors and other key stakeholders; collaborating to drive strategic initiatives and market developments
  • M&A and Strategic Partnerships:
    Evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint and product offerings. Lead negotiations, due diligence processes, and integration efforts to maximize value
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 20 years executive leadership experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in leading sizeable and global organizations
  • Previous private equity and/or manufacturing experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management, collaborating with C-suite and Board, and functional and market leads
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, additional languages are advantageous
