​​After graduating from the University of Sussex in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Media & Communications, Oscar traveled across Central and South America before establishing a career in Marketing, specifically within the recruitment sector. A cornerstone of The Barton Partnership’s marketing function, Oscar supports on events, insights, reports, social media, our website, graphic design, and podcasts.

Beyond his professional life, Oscar can be spotted on the football pitch, in the pub, or submerged in a cold body of water somewhere. He is also passionate about creative writing, animals, playing guitar and singing.
