My client a renowned hospitality group is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy & Business Transformation, we rely on you to support the Vice Presidents in the team on driving strategic business initiatives from strategy formulation through successful execution.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and adaptability.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Business Transformation:
Lead and execute business transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and implement change management strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting strategic recommendations and updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support strategic goals.
We are looking for someone who has:
5 - 10 years work experience in Management Consulting/ Corporate Strategy
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Change management expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change effectively.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Proficient in building financial models and presentation decks
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
