Job Title: People Business Partner (Workforce Strategy & Human Capital Transformation)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to drive workforce strategy and human capital transformation across our organization, based in Malaysia, Hong Kong, or Singapore. This individual will have a dual focus: leading the Talent Acquisition (TA) functionand acting as a key People Partnerto the CFO. With strong data-driven insights and business partner expertise, this role is ideal for a professional with a management consulting background (MBB, tier 2, or Big 4 firms) who has led large-scale human capital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Strategy & Transformation: Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies that align with the company’s long-term business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational structure, and transformation initiatives.
Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead the
Talent Acquisition (TA) function, driving strategies to attract top-tier talent across multiple regions. Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with the company's growth needs.
People Partner for CFO: Act as a strategic People Business Partner to the
CFO, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and HR initiatives that support the financial and operational goals of the business.
Data-Driven Insights: Use HR analytics and data insights to inform decision-making, track key HR metrics, and support workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives. Present data-driven recommendations to the leadership team.
End-to-End Transformation Projects: Lead and manage large-scale, end-to-end human capital transformation projects, including organizational restructuring, cultural change, and leadership development, ensuring smooth execution and long-term success.
Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple functions, providing strategic HR guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to support organizational transformations, ensuring seamless transitions and employee buy-in.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity across the organization. Work to improve employee engagement and retention through targeted initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience in management consulting (MBB, tier 2, or Big 4 firms) with a proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects.
Understanding of HR analytics and the ability to leverage data insights to drive HR and business outcomes.
Experience in
Talent Acquisition, including recruitment strategy, sourcing, and onboarding of high-caliber talent in a global context.
Business partnering experience, particularly with senior leadership, including acting as an People Advisor to C-suite executives (e.g.,
CFO).
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with complex, matrixed organizations.
