VP, Strategy & Ops

OVERVIEW: The PE fund is building out an in-house strategy team for their Las Vegas-based business services portfolio company. Reporting into the CEO of the portco and the operating partner at the PE fund, you will lead a small team of 3 and your role would be to focus on the overall strategy & operations, PMO function of this business. This hiring need is immediate, and is intended to be a hybrid role with intermittent travel to Miami, Vegas and London.

REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates will likely be located in Miami-Fort Lauderdale, but can be located in Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, New York, Boston. Ideally, somewhere on the east coast with a direct flight option to Miami, Las Vegas and London. Candidates MUST have a background in strategy consulting. Ideally have some operational experience within industry and be comfortable working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the globe.
