To meet the demands of a rapidly growing business, they are seeking a high-caliber individual to join them as the PMO Lead responsible for the finance transformation workstream.
The Finance PMO Lead will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing financial project management processes, post-merger integration, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, and driving performance improvements across the business.
Responsibilities:
Scope: Report to the Group CFO, working closely with cross functional and market leaders to streamline and unify finance operations, systems, and processes across the group’s global operations
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation programs within the business, ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget
Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration:Participate in due diligence on M&A activity, advising on operational and system integration technicalities, subsequent integration of financial systems to ensure a robust finance framework
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and systems; implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to drive transformation initiatives and achieve project milestones aligned with overall business objectives
Governance & Reporting:
Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for PMO; present status reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing insights into project performance and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or a related field
Qualified Accountant / PMO Certified
A minimum of 15 years finance transformation and PMO experience gained from reputable organizations, preferably in a private equity / manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of managing complex transformation projects in terms of operations, systems, and post-merger integration
Proven stakeholder management experience as a change agent, ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Proficient in project management tools and ERP systems
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
