  • Identify and capitalize on value creation opportunities by working with management teams to implement strategies that drive profitability, improve cash flow, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Develop and refine financial performance metrics and reporting frameworks to track progress toward exit goals.
  • Strengthen and oversee the finance organization, encompassing controllership, financial planning, operations, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Lead due diligence for potential bolt-on acquisitions, providing comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations to inform investment decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax requirements, while implementing strong internal controls and risk management procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a professional accounting qualification.

  • Proven expertise in finance transformation, with demonstrated success in elevating performance analytics, operational efficiency, talent development, reporting tools, and team structure.
  • Strong track record of improving EBITDA, cash flow, top-line growth, cost productivity, and profitability.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with a history of successful collaboration with C-suite executives, Board members, and cross-functional leaders.
