We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Associate to join our client's infrastructure investment team in Houston. They focus on energy, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and Oil and Gas investments.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating, structuring, and managing investments across a broad range of infrastructure sectors. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm, working closely with senior professionals on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the evaluation and execution of infrastructure investment opportunities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research.
Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials, presentations, and investment memos.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analysis to optimize asset value.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management teams, advisors, and co-investors.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and support senior team members with various tasks related to the firm’s investment strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development with a focus on infrastructure, energy, power, and utilities.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
