Myriam Harchaoui

​​Myriam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from HEC Montreal. With five years of experience in executive search across European and North American markets, she joined The Barton Partnership in 2025 as a Consultant, joining the Commerce and Industry team within the Permanent Search function. 

Myriam is passionate about building strong collaborative relationships and connecting top-tier talent with their dream jobs. She is pursuing a Global Mobility certification better to support clients' needs for relocation and international hires.

 Outside work, Myriam enjoys travelling the world, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family. She also loves taking on challenging hikes (like a brisk walk in Hyde Park) and is currently on a quest to find the best gallery in London.
