Jodi-Lee Talmage

​Jodi-lee, originally from South Africa, graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2023 with a Master's degree in Sociology. After solo traveling through New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and Indonesia, she moved to London to begin her career in recruitment. She joined The Barton Partnership's Central Delivery Team as an Associate Consultant, where she supports the delivery of Independent Consultants and Interim Professionals in Transformation & Change.

In her free time, Jodi-lee enjoys outdoor activities, like hiking, running, and sailing, as well as painting, writing poetry, reading, and hosting dinner parties or game nights with friends. She is deeply passionate about volunteer work, especially uplifting South Africa's socioeconomic landscape through volunteering and fundraising efforts. Additionally, she loves spending time with her family and any animals she encounters.
