We are delighted to announce that The Barton Partnership has been named as a supplier on two Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks, Executive & Non-Executive Recruitment Services (RM6290) and Permanent Recruitment 2 (RM6229). These frameworks require a rigorous tender application process and support the Public Sector in achieving maximum commercial value.
Nicholas Barton, Founder and CEO, commented: "We have a long and successful history partnering with clients in the private sector and several public sector organisations. Securing our position on these frameworks is a testament to the quality of our end-to-end service and provides us with an efficient avenue to support a wider scope of clients across the Public Sector."
Leading this Public Sector expansion, we are thrilled to announce the appointment of Ben Glitherow and Joshua McMahon. Ben joins the business as a Director with 15 years of executive recruitment experience supporting local government and wider Public Sector clients. Joshua joins as a Principal Consultant and has five years of experience specialising in Central and Local Government placements.
Commenting on his appointment, Ben said: "I'm thrilled to be joining the Barton Partnership to further develop its Public Sector consulting offering. The business has an enviable track record, executing specialist executive recruitment across Strategy, Digital & Data transformation, and ESG & Sustainability. Its curated network of former Tier 1 Strategy Consultants and Transformation & Change Public sector experts enables us to provide services and Consultants that other firms can't access. We've got exciting plans for further client engagement that will help drive real progress in the Public Sector, particularly around D&I at a leadership level and I’m delighted to be an integral part of this next chapter for the business."
