Kiran joined The Barton Partnership in 2020, and leads our Independent Consulting Transformation and Change practice, leading a team focusing on the delivery of Independent/Interim solutions for our clients. Here Kiran elaborates on the Transformation and Change function, and our high-calibre candidate platform for delivering strategy through to Transformation. 

Imogen is responsible for spearheading the Permanent Search Consumer division across the UK and Europe, building upon and strengthening our existing client and candidate network associated with Strategy & M&A, Data & Analytics and Transformation & Change. Here she expands on the people culture at TBP, and the initiatives we have in place to give back as an organisation.

Thomas joined TBP as a graduate researcher in 2010. He’s played a prominent role in building out the Permanent Search capabilities of the EMEA business, specialising in placing consultants and bankers into Private Equity corporates. Here Tom elaborates on his career journey at The Barton Partnership from Researcher to Managing Director and the business growth he’s witnessed first-hand.

Tara Joined the Barton Partnership as a Senior Associate in the Professional Services sector in our Independent Consulting business. Here Tara touches on the career support she’s received at The Barton Partnership and the positive experience she’s had with our mentorship programme. 

Thomas originally joined The Barton Partnership in 2017 as a Research Consultant. He is now a Director, and looks after client development for the our TMT & Professional Services Independent Consulting business in EMEA. Here Thomas expands on TBP’s great work culture, and the incentives in place to celebrate hard work.

As the Head of Contracts and Compliance, Susie supports the Independent Consulting Team to manage and coordinate their portfolio of Consultants and Clients whilst also working closely with the Finance Team. Here Susie expands on her personal career development, and how we celebrate success at the Barton Partnership.
