My client is a financial institution who is looking for a Head of Strategy & Transformation to be based in Hong Kong.
Position:
As the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of the business in Asia. You will be responsible for leading transformation initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency to ensure our continued success in the competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the life insurance segment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify market trends, assess competitive landscape, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Drive transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative product solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on progress against strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of strategy and/or transformation experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable recommendations, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
