Ronald Ho

Ronald leads the Asia Private Equity practice at The Barton Partnership, specialising in the placement of Portfolio Operations, Transformation, and Value Creation professionals for Private Equity funds and C-Suite leadership hires for their respective portfolio companies.

He has been in the recruitment and executive search industry for over 12 years and has worked in Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Ronald graduated from the University of Toronto, majoring in Business Management and Finance. He speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching the NBA (an avid Raptors fan), and perfecting his craft in Muay Thai.
