Lea Lazarescou

​​Lea Lazarescou joined The Barton Partnership in 2025 to establish and build the Talent Development function. Her expertise spans creating L&D programmes and tracking ROI, supporting managers to drive team effectiveness, and managing change across businesses. 

She previously worked at Kernel, driving and expanding their recruitment brands' performance and development capabilities. This experience included building and growing sales and management training programmes across all seniority levels and developing management capability and strategy to drive organisational growth. Before her shift into talent development, Lea worked as an Executive Search consultant at Korn Ferry and Erevena, delivering C-suite placements to FTSE-listed, PE- and VC-backed clients.

Outside of work, Lea is an avid knitter and parkrunner.
