James Roberson

​James is the Associate Director of our Transformation & Change practice in North America, based in New York City. He focuses on supporting clients with talent attraction to ensure they can successfully deliver their change agendas. 

 James has been in the recruitment industry since 2013 and has predominantly focused on Transformation and Change in Financial Services and Insurance. During that time, he has supported his clients with a whole host of different change agendas, including Regulatory Change, Technology Implementations, cultural change, and M&A (Post-Merger Integration).

 In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and his 2-year-old daughter, Isla. When time permits, he is out on the golf course enjoying a cigar! James is lucky enough to live on Long Island, so he has managed to play the Bethpage Black course quite a few times. Not well, but he’s played it!​
