​Brittany is originally from Canada and graduated with her Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resources. She holds an accreditation as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources from Alberta, Canada.

Brittany has over 10 years of experience within the recruitment sector, with a focus on her compliance background in the oil, gas, and energy sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys playing golf, reading and travelling.
