Job Title: Project Manager – Business Process Improvement (Order-to-Cash & Field Service)
Location: Rayong, Thailand, or Mumbai, India (with occasional travel between the two)
Duration: 6 months contract
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead critical business process improvement initiatives, with a focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows and field service operations. This role will require an in-depth understanding of Lead-to-Purchase Order (Lead-to-PO) processes within CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and expertise in field service work order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management & Implementation:
Lead and optimize O2C processes, emphasizing the Lead-to-PO workflow.
Oversee and enhance work order management processes in field service operations.
Design and implement strategies to improve resource utilization in field services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems with field service platforms.
Monitor and report on process KPIs and milestones.
Project Leadership:
Manage multiple business process improvement projects simultaneously.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
Lead stakeholder communication and change management initiatives.
Coordinate efforts across sales, operations, and field service teams.
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of O2C processes, particularly Lead-to-PO workflows.
Experience with CRM systems and field service management platforms.
Proficiency in work order management systems and resource optimization.
Experience:
10+ years of project management experience.
Proven track record in implementing business process improvements.
Industry experience in manufacturing or industrial services.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
