Job Title: Project Manager – Business Process Improvement (Order-to-Cash & Field Service)

Location: Rayong, Thailand, or Mumbai, India (with occasional travel between the two)
Duration: 6 months contract
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead critical business process improvement initiatives, with a focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows and field service operations. This role will require an in-depth understanding of Lead-to-Purchase Order (Lead-to-PO) processes within CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and expertise in field service work order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management & Implementation:
  • Lead and optimize O2C processes, emphasizing the Lead-to-PO workflow.
  • Oversee and enhance work order management processes in field service operations.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve resource utilization in field services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems with field service platforms.
  • Monitor and report on process KPIs and milestones.
Project Leadership:
  • Manage multiple business process improvement projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead stakeholder communication and change management initiatives.
  • Coordinate efforts across sales, operations, and field service teams.
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of O2C processes, particularly Lead-to-PO workflows.
  • Experience with CRM systems and field service management platforms.
  • Proficiency in work order management systems and resource optimization.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record in implementing business process improvements.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing or industrial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
