We are looking for a senior Chief Transformation Officer for a very challenging and exciting role to shape and drive the overall transformation agenda for a PE-Backed client, who recently completed a global merger. The combined, right-sized organization will set the foundations for an ambitious 5-year growth plan.
This role will report directly to the group CEO and lead the overall Finance and HR transformation efforts. S/he must have the gravitas to align the C-suite of the client and be comfortable working in fast-paced Private Equity environment.
12-month contract initially, which could be extended.
Highly attractive compensation will be commensurate to experience.
Non-negotiable Qualifications:
Proven track record in leading large-scale Finance and HR transformation
Deep understanding of Finance and HR processes, and Finance and HR organization restructuring
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align transformation efforts with business goals
Change management expertise and experience driving large scale organizational change
