Our client is a mid-sized conglomerate that is new to SEA. With its range of established businesses in industrial services, financial services as well as consumer and retail. The group is looking to a) replicate some of its success in ASEAN markets such as Vietnam and Indonesia, but also b) looking towards a new wave of JVs and partnerships in Singapore.
ROLE:
This Chief of Staff will play a key role in the group’s growth in SEA, but also a vital role in optimizing its more established businesses in North Asia.
Big portion of the ASEAN growth will come from JVs and Partnerships. Hence, the Chief of Staff will lead the deal sourcing & originating and see the deal through throughout its M&A life cycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
Our client is looking for a problem solver with influential communication skills.
Prior track record in handling diverse range of business problems either as a Consultant or while in an in-house transformative role.
The candidate must have prior experience working on M&A transactions. Those with more hands on quantitative analytical skills will be preferred.
