About the Role:
The Transformation Director will lead the organization’s strategic transformation initiatives, driving change across multiple functions to achieve key business objectives. This role is critical in ensuring that the company adapts to market shifts, adopts innovative practices, and stays competitive in a rapidly evolving industry landscape. The Transformation Director will lead the Transformation Office and work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define and implement transformation strategies that align with the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and lead the execution of the organization's transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Change Management:
Oversee the planning and implementation of large-scale change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to drive consensus and support for transformation initiatives.
Program Management:
Lead and manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Innovation:
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization by identifying and implementing new processes, tools, and technologies.
Communication:
Provide clear and regular communication to all stakeholders on the progress of transformation initiatives, including challenges and successes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with at least 5 years in transformation or change management.
Ex Management Consultant from a tier 1 or tier 2 consulting firm
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects.

Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
Certifications: PMP, Prosci, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
