My client is a growing financial institution who is looking for a Senior Product Manager to be based in Philippines or Indonesia. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of their product portfolio in the Philippines or Indonesia market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop product strategies, and deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Define product requirements, features, and specifications, and prioritize them based on customer needs and business value.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful commercialization.
Work closely with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and technology teams to develop and launch innovative financial products.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize product performance and drive growth.
Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution channels, and marketing plans, to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts and adapt product strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with sales teams and distribution partners to train and support them in selling fintech products effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least 6-10 years of experience in technology product management, preferably in the Philippines or Indonesia market, and ideally within financial services industry.
Strong commercial understanding of technology products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in the region.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing tech/fintech products from concept to commercialization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative solutions.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Filipino or Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
