About the Senior Director Transformation:
This role will report into the Americas Head of Transformation, with a dotted line to the Global Head of Transformation. This Senior Director will manage large-scale transformation programs for the Americas business unit, a $500m revenue division (part of the $1bn+ revenue global business), manage top level strategic stakeholders, support ad hoc strategic analysis, other tasks as required, and support transformation initiatives across a number of potential areas.
The role will also work very closely with the PE sponsor's deal team, and in particular the Portfolio Support Group members.

Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in consulting, operations, and/or corporate strategy
  • Experience from a top strategy consulting firm
  • Able to conduct analytics
  • Seeking a general athlete – post consulting with spikes in commercial preferred
  • Experience managing large scale transformations and complex sets of stakeholders
  • Track record of significant outperformance relative to peers and the market and demonstrated ability to drive change, facilitate growth, and affect business improvement
  • Coachable with questioning attitude, process-oriented, an ability to flourish in fast-paced environment. Demonstrated good judgement and professionalism
  • Knowledge of how a P&L operates
  • Personality: High integrity, hands-on, collaborative, strong work ethic, non-reactionary, down to earth, humble
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel (primarily within North America and Europe) occasionally

Location:
Atlanta, GA, working on a 4 days/week in office schedule. Occasional travel as needed.
