As the right hand to the CEO, this role provides executive support and operates closely with the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, sitting under the Group Strategy function.
The position carries Chief of Staff responsibilities and is integral to driving CEO priorities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting key priorities and aligning with strategic goals
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s day-to-day agenda, including meetings, workshops, 1:1s, etc.
Ensure thorough preparation for meetings, including documentation, note-taking, follow-ups, action tracking, solution synthesis, presentations, speaking notes, etc.
Conduct research and analysis on relevant topics to inform decision-making
Support special projects as assigned
Act as a junior business sparring partner, providing input and insights to support strategic initiatives
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders • Handle ad-hoc requests with efficiency and professionalism
Requirements:
Resilient, energetic, smart, humble and driven individual with a strong work ethic
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to think strategically
Ability to travel globally on a regular basis; candidate must meet visa eligibility requirements for Europe (Schengen) and US
Degree from a top-tier university
2–3 years of experience in MBB consulting preferred
Thai language proficiency and cultural understanding preferred
